Todd Pearson - Operations Manager

  • 22 yrs experience of kitchen & custom cabinet design
  • Fluent in all aspects of design, fabrication & installation details
  • Creates designs using the philosophy " form follows function "
  • Believes the kitchen should actually be called  " The Living Room"
  • Destined to be in this business from age 10 after making 1st cherry pie from scratch
  • Avid road cyclist & triathlete,
  • Enjoys cooking, wine & "time on the porch" with his family & friends

 



Ron Hounsell - Designer

  • Designing kitchens since 2000, but in the kitchen business long before selling appliances
  • A.K.A  CWK's  techno-savvy Designer
  • Utilizes 20/20 software to create detailed renderings
  • Featured in Prince Edward's County Homes & Gardens Magazine  Spring 2008
  • Natural talent as an Artist with color  & details is reflected in his designs
  • Ability to visualize the complete project & incorporate this into his work
  • Enjoys painting with water colors, drawing, hockey


Victoria Kirton - Designer

Michelle Cardinal - Order Processing

  • CW kitchen designer until 2007, then chose a different career path after her son was born
  • Her design experience augments her current position as Order Coordinator
  • Processes all kitchen orders utilizing 20/20 design software
  • Meticulously analyzes all submitted designs prior to ordering the cabinetry
  • Provides valued feedback with regards to design layout, color, door-styles, etc.
  • Positive & energetic disposition is an asset to the CWK Team


Judi Goldie - Receptionist

  • First point of contact ... either by telephone or walk-in
  • Greets all who visit the showroom with a friendly smile & warm welcome
  • Positive & outgoing disposition puts visitors at ease
  • Ready to answer questions with regards to appointments & processes
  • Introduces a client to a specific designer based upon criteria obtained
  • Assists design staff with job file organization
  • Enjoys daily workouts, photography, shopping, travel & spending time with family
